Theresa (pronounced THA-Resa) is the founder and CEO (Chief Expressive Officer) of In Time Creative Counseling Services (In Time CCS) and has been a counselor for more than 15 years. Her experience includes working in the Indiana State prison system and community mental health agencies with youth and adults ranging from ages 3-78 years of age with various levels of functioning. She uses the following techniques in sessions; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused, Brief Therapy and/or expressive arts to help clients reach their desired goals.

She has a love for writing and the arts. She has written, directed, and produced multiple plays in various cities in Indiana through her theater company (Innovative Anointed Ministries IAM). She enjoys teaching or conducting mental health seminars and seeing people get ah-ha moments. Theresa has taught on topics such as: Suffering In Silence: Taking off the mask; Deadly Addictions, Speak Life: Suicide Prevention for the faith-based community, Depression & Suicide in Teens; Crisis Management for Youth Workers, How to Handle Irate clients (workplace seminar), and more.

Theresa is passionate about working with youth and families and bringing an innovative therapy modality to the Wabash Valley (e.g. Drama Therapy & Creative Arts Therapy)

She is the author of "GRIP (Grief Recovery Is Possible) by grace: An Expressive Arts Journal" and "Asking all them questions: 10 ways to respond to family members during the holidays."

My name is Tonio. I am the Office Manager/ Supervisor here at In Time Creative Counseling Services. I graduated from Terre Haute South High School. I attended Indiana State University for 1 year. I am now getting ready for trade school in 2025.
My favorite hobbies are working out, making music, and gaming or kicking it with my friends. I believe In Time CCS has the ability to help improve and turn people's lives around, and I am blessed to be able to be a part of this organization.

Alissa Williams
Hi, I'm a student in training. I'm currently completing my final semester of undergrad in Psychology at ISU. My internship at In Time CCS is providing valuable hands on experience and insights into the mental health field as I prepare for my future career. After earning my master’s degree, I plan to pursue certification in Art Therapy to better serve those in need.
To add, I'm a big fan of the Power puff Girls, with Bubbles being my favorite.

MISSION
In Time Creative Counseling Services, LLC exists to provide quality, professional, confidential counseling services to the Wabash Valley and surrounding areas. We serve adolescents, adults, couples and families. We also exist to provide a quality care option for people of color.

In Time CCS is the leading drama therapy and creative arts program in West Central Indiana. In Time CCS will use its programs and resources to decrease the stigma of mental health –in the community, particularly among African American and faith-based communities.
